We continue to strengthen our longstanding association with the Hindu Samaj temple with this annual pooja in Hamilton, an evolving tradition and collaborative effort between these two organizations. The temple offers an opportunity to worship the revered Ashtha Vinayaka in one place and perform Abhisheka and seek the blessings of the revered Ganesha here that has secured a heritage status making this temple a “must visit” place.  Program details are as follows: Shodashopchar Ganesh pooja, Maha-Abhishekam with Atharvashirsha recitations, Arati and Prasad. Pariwar is actively making dedicated efforts in raising funds to accomplish its goal towards community development. It has been our long-cherished dream to set up a Ganapati Temple and Community Centre that becomes an integral part and identity of our community in the GTA. The Fund will also ensure the ongoing sustainability of finances of Pariwar.  Membership of the Endowment Fund is open to everyone who contributes a minimum one-time amount of $1,000.00 to Endowment Fund. Members at their discretion may donate additional funds. We encourage you all to contribute to this Fund and become a part of a heritage monument and Community Centre that will nurture and cherish our culture for our future generations. We look forward to your active continued support and participation in all our events. Food Donations: Pariwar has launched an ONGOING FOOD DRIVE in response to the call for support by our local food banks. We will be accepting contributions for food donations at EVERY EVENT, and all funds towards food donations will be fully disbursed to needy food banks around the GTA.
